Justas is the force behind the meticulous attention to detail, making sure each build is accurate and well executed. Together, Sydney and Justas help bring homes to life.

Our process
1. Initial meeting to discuss needs/wishes/desires/goals/rough cost estimates and site selection
2. Affordability consulation, if needed
3. Floor plan development with determination of final finishes
4. Contract gets signed
5. Permitting
6. Construction begins
7. Site meetings after certain milestones or as needed (at minimum after framing and pre-drywall)
8. FInal walk throughs
9. Closing and posession
10. Limited warranty site visits at 3 month and 11 month marks after closing

White Stork Homes
The business was born after Sydney and Justas moved to Kansas City, MO in 2022. With a history of fixing and flipping homes, they started evaluating the construction of new homes and decided to start White Stork Homes - a company dedicated to top quality. They have fallen in love with the process of building and have enjoyed learning along the way. White Stork Homes is focused on speculation home building and taking on new clients for custom build jobs.
